Returns:

 

  • You may return your purchase within 7 days from the date of delivery for a refund.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Please note that custom or personalized pieces are non-returnable unless they arrived damaged or defective.

  • We will provide you with instructions on how to return the original item.

 

Refunds:

 

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Please note that Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your financial institution.

 

Return Shipping:

 

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Exchanges:

 

  • We are not able to offer an exchange service at this moment. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return steps and place the item as a new order. 


Damaged or Defective Items:

  • We will gladly arrange a replacement or provide a full refund, including any applicable shipping fees.
